How to register your Hollr Reward MasterCard

*Exclusive to Business customers. Company validation required.

  • Place your order for Hollr Reward MasterCard
  • Take note of the code / card identifier and follow the link provided
  • Click "Register your new card" and insert the code / card identifier
  • Add your phone number including the country code. This will be your login ID
  • Enter your code received via SMS and follow the steps to create your account.
  • Check your email and accept the T&C's and choose your ePIN
  • Click "Show card details"

OptionsCard

Do I have to redeem it all in one go?
No. You can redeem some now, and some later. You can redeem for more than one brand at a time. You can even add one or more OptionsCard's together so you can build up a bigger value.
How do I use an OptionsCard?
Think of an OptionsCard as a "swap" card. You swap the value on the OptionsCard for a digital gift card of your choice from the great range of brands on our site. The digital gift cards for our retailer partners are emailed to you instantly and you use it just like normal - scan at the till or spend online depending on the brand you choose.
Do I have to store it in my mobile wallet?
Not at all - you'll always have access to your original OptionsCard email, and you can use it straight from there if you wish.
Can I spend my OptionsCard directly online or instore?
No, you must first redeem your OptionsCard for your preferred brand of gift card, and then you can spend that directly online or instore.
Regifting my OptionsCard – what will the new recipient get?
When you re-gift all, or part, of your OptionsCard we generate a completely new OptionsCard just for them. You can personalise it with your own message or video, just as you do when you first buy an OptionsCard.

Hollr Card

Can Hollr cards be combined?
No. Each card is independent, and only the balance on each individual card can be used.
Is there a transaction fee for using the Hollr Mastercard?
Yes. There is a fee of €0.25 per transaction.
Where can I find my DiPocket verification code?
  • The verification code is sent via SMS.
  • If you don’t receive it within 30 seconds, check the spam/junk folder of your SMS app.
  • If still not received, try registering again for a new code.
  • If the issue continues, contact support@optionscard.ie.
What values can I load onto a Hollr reward Mastercard?
Hollr cards can be ordered only in fixed denominations:
  • €100
  • €250
  • €500
  • €1000
Where can I find my 8-digit card identifier?
It can be found in your order confirmation email, under the code/link section.
Do I need to register a second Hollr card if I already have an account?
No. If you use the same permanent email address when ordering additional cards, they will automatically register to your DiPocket account.
Are there monthly fees for a Hollr card?
No. There are no monthly fees, and your balance remains on the card until your next transaction
What is the expiry period of a Hollr card?
Once registered, the card balance is valid for 2 years.
Where can I check my Hollr card balance?
  • Log in to your DiPocket account to view your balance and transaction history.
  • You will also receive an SMS after each transaction showing your remaining balance.
